Contract Length - Our contracts range from 12 to 36 months, depending on the package chosen.

Router - Cinch Telecoms can specify and provide a business grade router for you.  We can also work with your existing equipment in most cases.  Your router must be a high-quality, reliable device that supports the latest standards for Wi-Fi and internet connectivity to get the most advantage from it.

Installation - We provide installation services for all our packages. Our installation team will install the router and ensure that the connection is up and running correctly.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) - We provide an SLA with our packages. The SLA guarantees a minimum level of service availability and provides compensation if service levels fall below the agreed level.  SLA’s vary based on connection type purchase.
